Bio

I'm a long-time FCPS and community volunteer, and currently serve on the boards of two non profits: FCPS Pride and 4PublicEducation.org. My advocacy focuses on safety, civil rights, and disability rights in schools. I have provided public input at dozens of school board meetings, VBOE meetings, and Board of Supervisors meetings, and have been appointed to multiple FCPS committees. I also am a 12 year scout leader and long-time Sunday school teacher, mom, and wife. In a previous life, I worked as an environmental consultant in Brownfields, Superfund, and Environmental Insurance Recovery, which just goes to show that FCPS alumni can do anything!
